Execution of design works and construction works in the "design and build" formula for the investment task entitled "Comprehensive preparation of investment areas of the Economic Activity Zone – Nowa Huta Przyszłości" sub-area – Igołomska Południe
Scope of the investment:
preparation of the area for the SAG South investment, i.e.: demolition works, grubbing, levelling the area, removal of rubble along with disposal.
construction of internal roads, sidewalks, bicycle paths, squares and parking lots, including the design and construction of lighting of communication routes and drainage (rainwater drainage).
planting trees and shrubs, levelling native soil, carpet lawns, flower beds and landscaping objects
internal water supply systems with drain tiles, internal fire protection water supply systems, internal sanitary sewage systems with drain tiles, power glands and process ducts with accompanying elements.
execution of sewage and water supply connections and rainwater drainage connections
reconstruction of colliding power lines.
